Orange semolina olive oil cake
A delightfully bright and citrusy cake intensely flavored with orange zest, with a hint of lemon. A touch of cornmeal in the batter adds a delightful crunch to the edges. This cake is dairy free but contains gluten as a default option. Can be made gluten free for an additional charge, but contains eggs so cannot be made vegan. 5”x3” loaf pan. Glazed with an orange glaze and garnished with candied orange slices. Kept in its baking tray and wrapped in cellophane for freshness, and sealed in a bakery box and bubble wrapped for additional security.
