Gluten Free Orange Semolina Olive Oil Cake

A delightfully bright and citrusy cake intensely flavored with  orange zest, with a hint of lemon. A touch of cornmeal in the batter adds a delightful crunch to the edges.

This cake is dairy free and gluten free, but contains eggs so cannot be made vegan. My kitchen is not suitable for someone with serious celiac disease, but every effort is made to avoid cross contamination.

5”x3” loaf pan. Glazed with an orange glaze and garnished with candied orange slices. 

Kept in its baking tray and heat sealed  for freshness, and sealed in a bakery box and bubble wrapped for additional security. Each cake is labeled with product name and relevant allergen information.
